Built by: Walter Shewan, c. early 1920's.

Owned and sailed by: Initially by Erland Sandison of Baltasound then by John Stewart of Yell (boat was actually bought for John by his sister, a school teacher). Yell crew included Addie Mann and Richard Moar.

Inter-Club Sailing Details: Winner of 2 Memorial Cups (1951 and 1953), 2 International Paints Cups (1950 and 1951) and 2 North Challenge Cups (1950 and 1952) in fore and aft rig.

Note: In his book “The Sixereen and her racing descendants” published in 1954, Charles Sandison describes the building of the Still, Smugga and Miss Gadabout by Walter Shewan as “milestones in the development of the racing model in Shetland”.
