Welcome Statement
Welcome to the official Shetland Inter-Club Yachting Association website. The site exists to promote and communicate the annual Inter-Club sailing regatta to competitors and interested people in the Shetland Isles. It contains information on the 2022 Regatta, shows the history of the event since 1947 and, enables sailors in Shetland, and beyond, to chat about sailing.
On the site competing sailors will find entry forms for the 2022 Regatta as well as the Programme and sailing instructions for the event.
The site also provides an opportunity for people with a keen interest in Shetland sailing to contribute information to help build up the history of the Regatta.
This is a new site and views on how the site can be developed to support sailing in Shetland would be very much appreciated.
